Shrikant Agashe

Shrikant Agashe is based at the Arogya Nursing Home, which sits at 156 Naya Pura in Indore. This nursing home has been a part of the Naya Pura neighborhood for a long time, and the building definitely shows its history. It’s not one of those modern, sterile-looking clinics you see in the newer parts of the city. Instead, it has a more comfortable, lived-in feel that local people seem to appreciate. We see a lot of families from the surrounding streets who have been coming to us for years. The area around Naya Pura can be very crowded, and the roads are quite narrow, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. We usually have a steady stream of people coming in throughout the day, so it stays pretty busy. The staff here is used to the pace and they do their best to keep things organized, even when it gets a bit hectic. We don’t really go in for any kind of promotion or fancy branding. We just provide medical care and try to help the folks who walk through our door. It’s a simple, local practice and we are happy with that. We’ve seen many changes in Indore over the years, but our little corner in Naya Pura stays pretty much the same. We just show up and do our work for the community because it is what we do.
