Shanti Juniors School

Shanti Juniors School is located at 32 Sarv Suvidha Nagar, just off the Bicholi Hapsi Road near Bengali Square in Indore. This part of the city has grown a lot lately, but our little corner remains focused on the small children who come to us every day. It’s a place for the younger ones, so you can imagine it’s rarely quiet during the day. There is always the sound of songs being sung or kids playing with blocks. We have a simple setup that works for the families living in the nearby residential blocks. The morning drop-off is usually a bit of a scramble with parents on scooters and cars trying to get their kids in before work. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t; we are just a local school for juniors where they can start learning their ABCs and numbers. The walls have some drawings on them, and the furniture is all small-sized to fit the kids. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with toys on the floor or bags left in the wrong place, but that’s just how it is with children around. We spend our time making sure they stay safe and learn a few things before they go home in the afternoon. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. We just open the doors, greet the families, and get through the day one activity at a time.
