Seventh Heaven Food Co. is located over at No.-6, E -1, in Scheme No.-71. It’s one of those spots that’s busy from the moment we unlock the doors in the morning. We spend a lot of time dealing with ingredients and making sure the kitchen side of things is running okay. Working in Scheme No.-71 means we see a lot of the same delivery drivers and local folks every day. It’s a decent area for a food business, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate giant. We’re just people who like working with food and keeping the business steady. Some days the floor is a bit crowded with crates and bags, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve had this space for a bit, and it’s become like a second home to the staff. It’s noisy, it smells like whatever we’re prepping that day, and it can get pretty warm when all the equipment is running at once. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. People know where we are if they need us. It’s a simple building, nothing too flashy on the outside, but we keep it clean and functional.
