You can find us at Satnam Sskshi Surgical on the 2Nd Floor of Dawa Bazar. We are in Shop No. 121, which is part of the No. 13-14 block on R. N. T. Marg. Being in the medicine market means it’s always crowded with people looking for supplies. Our shop is full of boxes containing all sorts of surgical items like syringes, bandages, and hospital equipment. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor but people find us. We spend the day counting inventory and talking to doctors or clinic owners who need supplies. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking batches and expiry dates. The space is tight so we have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. R. N. T. Marg is a loud area, so we usually have the fan going to drown out some of the street noise. We aren't a big corporation. We are just a small shop where we know our regular customers by name. Sometimes we have to run down to the ground floor to help a delivery driver find the right entrance. It’s a constant cycle of boxes coming in and packages going out. We don't use fancy marketing or anything like that. We just make sure we have the items people are asking for in stock. That’s how we’ve always run things here in Dawa Bazar.
