Arvind Surgicals

We are based on the first floor of Silver Mall in Indore, specifically at shop C-103. It is a busy shopping center, and being on the first floor means we see a lot of people passing by our door every day. Most of the time, we are busy sorting through boxes of surgical supplies that come in from the manufacturers. The shop is not huge, so we have to be very careful about how we stack the inventory on the shelves. It is mostly stainless steel tools and various medical disposables that fill up our glass cabinets. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that; it is just a practical workspace where we handle billing and packing. The mall can get pretty noisy on the weekends, but we just keep our heads down and get the work done. A few of us have been working here for quite a while now, and we have a routine that keeps things moving. Most of our regular customers are local clinic owners or people from the neighborhood who need specific supplies for home care. We try to keep everything organized so we can find things quickly, even when the shop gets a bit cluttered with new arrivals. It is just a straightforward, daily operation where we focus on getting the orders right. When the mall starts to close up in the evening, we finish our paperwork and head home like everyone else.
