We have been operating Samta Engineers Pvt. Ltd. from our base at 210, Gumasta Nagar for a good number of years now. It is a simple setup, mostly just a place where we can get the engineering work done without too many distractions. The neighborhood of Gumasta Nagar is pretty quiet, which suits us just fine. You won't find any flashy signs or big glass windows here. It’s more about the tools, the machinery, and the grit that comes with this kind of technical job. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the project plans for the day. Sometimes the workshop gets a bit cluttered with parts and metal scraps, but we know exactly where everything is. It is not the kind of place where you need to wear a suit. Most of us are usually in work clothes that have seen better days. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people in the industry around here already know where we are. If you walk down the street, you can usually hear the sound of work coming from our unit. We just focus on being practical and getting things finished. It’s not a fancy corporate life, just a steady stream of engineering tasks that keep us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the independence of being a local business and staying close to our roots in this part of town. We’ve had the same workbench since we started and it’s served us well through many different projects.
