Royal Sales

We are based at Manik Bagh on Pihagarh Road. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our windows. Royal Sales is run out of a fairly old building that has seen a lot of history over the years. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up everywhere. We sell a variety of items, so the inventory is always changing. Pihagarh Road is a main thoroughfare, which means we get a lot of noise from the buses and motorcycles. We have a small counter where we handle the transactions and a back area where we keep the more expensive stock. The ceiling is high, which helps with the heat in the summer months. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, so we just take turns sweeping up at the end of the shift. There is a small courtyard in the back where we can sit for a few minutes if it gets too hectic inside. Our furniture is mostly mismatched stuff we’ve picked up. We don't put on any airs here; we just focus on getting the orders out to the people who need them. It's a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the counts are right. We stay busy from morning until late evening most days of the week. Sometimes it gets stressful, but we just keep at it and make sure the customers get what they ordered from us.
