Royal General Store

Royal General Store is sitting at Shop No.1 on the Mig Main Road in Indore. We have been working from this 452011 pin code area for a good while now. The road right out front is usually very busy with cars, bikes, and people going about their business. We keep all the basic general items that a regular household might need. It is not a very big shop, but we manage to pack a lot of different products into the small space we have. From snacks and biscuits to cleaning supplies, we try to have everything ready for whoever walks in. Living and working here in Indore, you just get used to the fast pace of the city. We open the shutters early in the morning and usually stay open until quite late at night. It is just a regular shop where people from the nearby residential blocks come to grab things they might have forgotten to buy at the bigger markets. We do not really do any marketing or fancy promotions. People just see the shop when they are passing by on Mig Main Road and stop in. We talk to the customers and give them what they are looking for. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes the new stock arrives late and we have to move everything around, which is a bit of a hassle. (246 words)
