Rohit Building Material Supplier is located in Ward No.36, over in the Hare Krishna Vihar area of Nipania. We are pretty close to the Iskcon Temple, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We keep a lot of different materials here for anyone who is building or fixing up their place. Sand, cement, and whatever else is needed for a construction site usually takes up most of our space. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s just how it goes with building supplies. We spend a lot of time loading up the small trucks and talking to the contractors who come by. We aren't some big corporate warehouse, just a local supplier trying to help out the neighborhood. Since we are in Hare Krishna Vihar, we see a lot of local growth and new houses going up. It’s nice to see the area changing. We don't have a polished sales team; it’s usually just us in our work clothes ready to help. Sometimes we get behind on a busy Saturday, but we try to get every order delivered as fast as we can. We've been in Nipania for a while and we plan on staying. It’s basic, hard work, but we like being a part of the local building community here near the temple. We just get on with it every day, making sure the piles of sand stay full.
