Prakash Satwani

Prakash Satwani operates out of 5, Kunjvan Colony, in the Silver Enclave area of Indore. This is a nice little pocket of the city, and the colony has a bit of a quieter feel compared to the big markets nearby. Being at Silver Enclave means we have a bit of a steady environment to work in. Prakash has been here for a while, and the office is set up to be functional without any extra bells and whistles. We have the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of paper that you’d expect in a place that actually gets work done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy gadgets or expensive decor. The focus is always on the task at hand. The morning usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule for the day. Neighbors often walk by, and sometimes we stop for a quick chat, which is the nice part about being in a colony like Kunjvan. The pace of work is steady, and we try not to let things get too stressful even when the deadlines start piling up. It’s a very human way of doing business—just people helping people and making sure things get sorted out. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here at number 5. It’s a reliable spot in a good part of Indore, and we just keep plugging away at what needs to be done until it is time to close.
