Pihu General Store

Pihu General Store is located in the L I G Colony area of Indore, specifically on Road No. 9. It’s pretty close to the Atal Dwar, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a bit, and it’s a decent spot with a lot of people moving around. The shop is filled with all kinds of daily necessities. We have rows of lentils, spices, soaps, and even some basic stationery for the school kids nearby. It’s nothing like those big malls you see in the city center. Here, everything is a bit more personal. We talk to the customers about their day or the weather while we weigh out their sugar. The colony is quite active, so there’s always someone stopping by on their scooter. We try to keep the shop organized, but with so many small items, it can get a little messy during the rush hours. Sometimes we run out of bread by midday if the delivery is late, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a lot of staff, mostly just family helping out. Nehru Nagar in Indore is a nice place to have a shop like this. We appreciate the people who come back every week for their groceries. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on making sure the local shelves aren't empty for the neighbors who rely on us.
