You can find us at Office No. 104 in Vishal Tower, which is in the Chandralok Colony area of Saket. It’s a tall building, and we are on the first floor, which is nice because we don't always have to wait for the elevator. Paliwal & Associates has been operating from this same spot for a while now. The office has a big window that looks out towards the colony, and I spend a lot of time watching the cars go by. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing with paperwork, and I keep telling myself I need to sort them out one weekend. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office. We mostly just drink a lot of tea and talk to the people who stop by to ask about property in Saket. The tower is always full of people, so there is a lot of noise in the hallways, but our office is fairly quiet once you close the door. We have a small table where we keep the latest local newspapers and a few magazines. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s neighbor or cousin tells them to come see us, and that’s how we like it. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. We just sit here, do our paperwork, and help people find what they are looking for in the local area. It’s a steady life and we’ve grown fond of this little corner of Saket.
