Palaash Dairy Private Limited

Palaash Dairy Private Limited is located out at 13 Swapnalok Colony in Kishanganj, Mhow. It’s a bit outside the main Indore city area, which is actually better for a dairy business. We have a bit more space here and it feels a little less crowded than the city center. We spend our time managing the dairy production and making sure the distribution to the nearby areas goes smoothly. The office is a simple room in the colony. It isn’t decorated with anything fancy, just some calendars on the wall and a few filing cabinets for the records. We get a lot of dust coming in from the road, so we are always wiping down the desks. The people working here are mostly locals from the Mhow area. We take our work seriously but we don't act like a big corporate firm. We talk to the farmers and the drivers in the same way we talk to each other. Some days the cows are stubborn or the weather makes transport difficult, but that is just part of the life we chose. We don’t have any grand missions. We just show up, do the milking and the bottling, and try to make sure everything is fresh. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. We like the quiet life out here away from the Indore traffic.
