We are over at 201 Starlit Tower on Y. N. Road. Oyster Fresh Milk Private Limited has been based here in Indore for some time now. Dealing with milk means our days start much earlier than most people’s. While the rest of the city is still sleeping, we are usually already checking the morning reports and making sure the milk is out for delivery. The office in Starlit Tower is where we handle all the admin side of the dairy business. It’s a central location, which makes it easy to get to, though the lift in the building can be a bit slow during the rush hour. We are a small team and we know each other well. There’s always a lot of paperwork with dairy products because of all the regulations and health checks we have to follow. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give. We just focus on the milk. Sometimes there are delays with the trucks or a fridge breaks down, and then it’s a scramble to fix things before anything spoils. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten good at handling the surprises. We just want to provide a solid product to the people in Indore. It is a practical business and we treat it that way every single day.
