We are based out of the Classic Diamond building, specifically in the LG-01 unit here in Indore. It is a pretty central spot which makes it convenient for us. We handle fertilizers under the N.R.V. name. It is a limited liability partnership, but it feels more like a small local operation when you are actually inside the office. Indore is a fast-growing place, and being in the 452010 area code puts us right in the mix of things. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or anything. Mostly, it is just desks, phones, and a lot of talk about soil and crops. We have been at this for some time now. Some days it feels like we are just moving papers, but most days we are actually helping people get the supplies they need for their land. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and go home at the end of the day. The building is easy to find if you know where Classic Diamond is. We get a variety of people coming through, from small-scale farmers to bigger distributors. It keeps the job interesting. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated corporate talk. It is just us, the fertilizers, and the daily tasks that need finishing. Sometimes we get behind on things, but we always catch up eventually. We just keep the business running as best as we can.
