If you’re looking for Punamchand Agrawal & Company, we’re located right near the Navlakha Petrol Pump on A. B. Road. Being so close to the petrol pump means we always have the smell of fuel and the sound of cars idling nearby. It’s a landmark everyone knows, which makes it easy to tell people where to find us. Our office is a modest setup. We haven’t really changed much of the decor since we moved in. The walls have some old calendars hanging up and the furniture is heavy wood that’s survived quite a bit of use. A. B. Road is always moving, so there’s a constant stream of people outside. We mostly just stay inside and handle the business side of things. It’s a lot of writing, checking ledgers, and talking to folks who come through the door. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes everyone shows up at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start the day. The tea guy knows our order by heart now. It’s a local way of doing things, and it works for us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen it change, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done at Punamchand Agrawal & Company.
