National Ice Cream

It has been quite a long time since we first opened at Plot No- 14. Bhanwarkua is such a busy area, especially with the main road running right past our front door. Being situated right opposite Anand Hospital means there is a constant stream of people walking by all day long. Sometimes the traffic noise is a bit much, but that is just part of living in this city. Our shop is just a regular spot where the freezers stay humming and we try to keep things as cold as possible. Mornings are usually spent getting the stock in order and giving the floors a good sweep before it starts getting crowded in the afternoon. Keeping up with everything when the weather gets really hot is a challenge, honestly. Electricity isn't always reliable here, but we make it work somehow. People often stop by after they leave the hospital or if they are just passing through the neighborhood on their commute. We don’t have any fancy offices or a big team. It is just a small counter and the storage area we have in the back. Most of our day is taken up by simple chores, checking the fridge temperatures, and making sure the parked bikes don't block the walkway too much for the customers. It is a very simple way of life here on the main road. We know all the other shop owners nearby. It feels alright being part of this little community.
