Mukesh Kirana Store

Mukesh Kirana Store is located on Navratan Bag Road, right near the Hanuman Ji Temple on M Y Road in Indore. Having the temple so close means there are always people around, especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays. We see a lot of devotees stopping by after their prayers to pick up some groceries for home. The shop is filled with everything from flour and sugar to small packets of biscuits. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a small space but we have everything arranged so we can reach it quickly. The road outside can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and people walking. Inside, it’s mostly just us busy with the weighing scale and the billing. We don't have a computer or anything, just a pen and a notebook to keep track of things. People around here are friendly and they like to chat while we pack their goods. We know most of the families who live in the nearby lanes. It feels like a small community even though Indore is a big city. We make sure the bins are topped up with grains and the oil tins are ready. It is just a basic neighborhood grocery store where we work long hours to make sure the local pantry stays full. It is a quiet life of selling and talking to our customers.
