Mani Spirits is over here in Indore at Shekhar Residency. Specifically, we’re in UG 1. It’s a busy building and people are always coming and going. Most days we are just busy checking the bottles and making sure the inventory matches what we have on paper. The area around 14-15 FS gets pretty crowded in the evenings. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office space where we handle the spirit business. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just us working through the stacks of records and managing deliveries that arrive at odd hours. Being in Indore-452010 means we are right in the middle of things. We try to keep the place organized, but with so much stock moving through, it gets a bit messy sometimes. You can find us right there at Shekhar Residency if you're looking. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this trade, more than people think. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at spreadsheets. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us on our toes. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from moving boxes to answering the door. That's just how we run things here in Madhya Pradesh. We close up once the work is finally done.
