Mahendra Genral Store

Mahendra Genral Store has been sitting here on P Y Road for quite a long time now. Most people around this part of Indore know where we are because we're just a short walk from the Bata Showroom. It’s not a big or fancy place, just a simple shop where we keep the things people need every single day. We’ve got flour, cooking oil, tea leaves, and those little snacks the kids always ask for. It gets really busy in the late afternoon when everyone is finishing work and heading back home. The shop is a bit old-fashioned and we haven't changed much over the years. We just try to make sure the shelves aren't empty so when someone comes in, they don't leave disappointed. Sometimes the stock runs low on certain things, but we always get more in pretty quickly. Our corner of the street stays active and we enjoy being part of the noise and life here. It’s mostly just us at the counter, talking to the people we see every week. You start to recognize faces and remember what people usually buy after a while. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few hands helping out to get things done. If you're near the shoe shop, you'll see our sign. We like the simple way of doing things, day after day.
