Working out of an apartment building might seem a bit unusual for an agro industry company, but it works well for the administrative side of things. Old Palasia is a familiar neighborhood and Nobel Apartment is not hard to find. We are up on the second floor. The office is just a few rooms where we handle the industrial side of the agriculture business. It is more urban than a field, but we are still focused on the same goal. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of people running around in suits. It is just a few of us making sure the processing side of the business is handled the right way. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the factories and the suppliers. The area has a lot of trees and it is a nice place to be. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just talk about the numbers and the logistics of the agro products we move. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we just take the stairs. It is a very straightforward office. We like to keep the windows open when the weather is nice to get some fresh air. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our work well from our corner of Old Palasia.
