We are based over in Old Palasia, specifically in the Ravindra Nagar 4/5 area near the Panikitanki. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the main roads in Indore, which is nice for us. The building is easy to find if you know where the water tank is. We have been operating out of this location for several years now. It’s an office and a storage space combined. We handle a lot of medical supplies and equipment that move through here daily. The space inside is mostly taken up by boxes and filing cabinets. We aren't really a walk-in retail shop, so it stays pretty quiet and focused on the job of moving medical stuff around. We spend a lot of time on the phones and the computer, coordinating with suppliers and clinics. The staff here is small but we know each other's routines well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a large shipment arrives and we have to check everything in, but we have a system that works. The neighborhood around here is decent, with some trees and less traffic than the city center. We keep regular hours, usually starting early and wrapping up by evening. It's a steady pace of work. We don't bother with a lot of decorations; the focus is just on making sure the orders are correct and they get to where they need to go without any delay. It is just how we do things here, day after day, keeping track of all the items that move through our doors.
