Tech Cluster

Our office is up on the third floor of Johari Palace, specifically room 304. Being on MG Road means it’s always crowded outside, especially with Treasure Island Mall being right there. It seems like the address mentions the mall twice, probably because everyone uses it as a landmark. Tech Cluster is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a flashy tech startup like you see in movies. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of wires tucked under the tables. We’ve been here for a while now. The elevator in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We deal with various technical tasks throughout the day. Some days are quieter than others. Usually, we’re just hunkered down over our screens. We have a small corner for making coffee which is probably the most used part of the office. The mall nearby is handy for lunch, though it gets packed. We started out with just two people and now there are a few more of us. It’s a practical space. Nothing is really decorated, just some old calendars on the walls. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It makes the commute easier for most of the staff. We don’t have big meetings or fancy presentations. We just get the jobs done as they come in. That’s how Tech Cluster works. Just a group of people in an office building.
