Job Faster Solutions operates out of the Mann Aangan Apartment on Futi Kothi Road. It’s a relatively quiet place compared to the main market but we stay busy with people coming in to talk about work. We help connect people looking for jobs with businesses that need some extra hands. It is not a corporate recruitment firm with huge fees and fancy tests. We mostly just sit down with someone, look at what they can do, and see if any of our contacts are hiring. Futi Kothi Road is a good location because it is easy for candidates to reach us by bus or bike. The office is just a simple room with a few chairs and a computer where we keep our records. Sometimes the process is slow because the right job isn't available and other times we can help someone find something in a couple of days. We don't make any grand promises about careers because we know how the job market is. We just try to be useful and help folks get a foot in the door somewhere. It’s mostly about making phone calls and following up on leads. We have been doing this for a bit and we have learned that being honest with people about their chances is better than giving them false hope. We are just local people trying to help other local people find some work. No big corporate talk, just real help for real folks.
