Icici Bank

This branch is located in the Royal Platinum building, specifically Flat No. 101 in Scheme 54, PU4. We are right near the Bombay Hospital in Indore, which makes it easy for most people to find us. Being in a flat instead of a massive standalone building gives the place a slightly different atmosphere. It’s a bit more compact, and we have to be very organized with how we use the space. The 452010 area is quite busy, especially with the hospital traffic nearby, so there is always noise and movement outside the windows. Inside, we have the usual bank stuff—desks, computers, and a lot of paper forms that people need to fill out. We spend our time helping folks with their accounts or whatever else they need when they walk through the door. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the back office is usually piled high with files that need to be processed. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing during the Indore summers. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local spot where you can get your banking handled without too much of a headache. It’s just us doing our jobs in a building that feels more like a home than an office. We stay busy and keep things moving as best as we can. It's a busy corner.
