GROWECO VENTURES LLP

Groweco Ventures LLP is based at 302 Hans Villa in the Navratan Bagh area of Manoramaganj. Hans Villa is more of a residential-style building, which makes our office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical glass-and-steel corporate tower. We are on the third floor of the building. Navratan Bagh is a nice, leafy part of Indore, so it is actually quite pleasant to walk to work if you live nearby. We focus on ventures, which is a broad way of saying we get involved in different business projects. Our space is filled with books, laptops, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs. We aren't the type to have a strict hierarchy; everyone just pitches in with whatever needs to be done that morning. The atmosphere at Hans Villa is pretty calm, though the street outside can get a bit noisy during school pick-up times. We don’t have any marketing brochures or big promises. We just work on our projects and try to make them grow slowly and steadily. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time. We spend our days on the phone or meeting in small groups. It is a very hands-on way of working. We don't use any corporate jargon. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of Indore where we can focus on what matters to us and our clients.
