It’s a bit of a technical field but we try to keep things grounded. The office is where we handle the research and the business side of things. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when we have to concentrate on data or soil reports. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a more personal operation here. We have some equipment and lots of files. People in Indore know this part of town pretty well. We don’t do a lot of advertising because our work usually speaks for itself through the results in the field. Sometimes we have visitors coming in to talk about their crops or look at what we've been working on. We just offer what we know about science and how it applies to farming. It’s practical work. No big speeches or fancy promises, just looking at the facts and trying to help things grow better. Being in Shubh Labh Valley gives us a good environment to work in. We like the community here. Most days are just about staying on top of the projects we have going and making sure we stay organized for the next season. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects overlap, but we manage.
