Emorphis Smart Tech is based in Indore, specifically at 704 B-2 in the Shehnai Residency. We are right on A. B. Road, which is pretty much the main artery of the city. Being opposite Hotel Amarvilas makes it easy to give people directions. We are on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view of the city, though it’s mostly just roofs and traffic. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of equipment and servers. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We spend our days coding and testing different smart tech solutions. It sounds complicated, but it’s mostly just a lot of trial and error. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a while now. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in t-shirts and sandals. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy corporate policies. We just agree on what needs to be done and we do it. Lunch is often a social thing where we all sit around and talk about anything but work. We started this company because we liked the idea of building things ourselves. It’s been a lot of work and some long nights, but we managed to keep things going. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just rely on the fact that we get the job done properly for people.
