Earlyman Design Llp

Our little studio, Earlyman Design, is located at 23 Manishpuri Colony in Indore. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. We like that because it gives us some room to think. The office is basically part of a house, which makes it feel very casual. You won't find any corporate suits here. We usually show up in jeans and get straight to our design work. The rooms are filled with sketches and half-finished ideas. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but that’s just how we work. Being in Madhya Pradesh, we deal with the heat like everyone else, so the fans are always on full blast. Manishpuri is a nice spot because it’s not too far from everything, but far enough to avoid the worst of the traffic. We’ve got a small porch where we sometimes sit to get away from the screens for a bit. There’s a lot of greenery around this colony compared to the busier parts of Indore. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don’t have a big HR department or formal meetings. We just talk across the desks. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our calls, but it’s all part of the charm. We aren't trying to be a big agency. We just like making things and staying in our local corner of the city.
