The building is easy to spot once you get to the right part of M J Road. We work out of a standard office suite. It has desks, chairs, and too many computers like most places these days. We spend our time talking to people about their plans and trying to figure out the best way forward for them. It is a lot of meetings and even more emails. Indore is growing fast, and we see that every day from our window. We are not some giant firm with a lobby full of marble. We are just a group of people who are good at organizing things and giving advice. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so we end up waiting around a lot. We do not mind it much because it gives us a chance to chat. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. There is always someone coming in with a new idea or a problem that needs solving. We take it one day at a time here. Sunrise Towers is a busy spot, and there is always someone new in the hallway. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of our meetings happen there rather than in a formal boardroom. It is just more comfortable.
