We set up Om Computer's Network Solution in Durga Colony, which is right across from the sugar factory near Kshipra Square in Dewas. It's a decent spot, though the smell from the factory is something you just have to get used to. We handle a lot of different things here, from fixing broken laptops to setting up office networks. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with cables, opened-up towers, and parts lying around. That’s just how it goes when you’re trying to fix things. We aren't a big, polished tech firm with people in suits. Most of the time we’re in jeans with some solder on our hands. We try to explain things in plain English rather than using a bunch of technical words that don't mean anything to most people. Sometimes we have to head out to client sites, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two with a note on the door.
