We run our milk business out of Sachchidanand Nagar here in Indore. It's number 86, if you're looking for us. We handle all sorts of dairy stuff every day. The morning starts really early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the milk comes in. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure everything stays cold and clean. Indore gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have to stay on top of the cooling systems. We don’t have a massive warehouse, just our setup here in the neighborhood. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where everyone knows what their job is. We deal with milk, curd, and whatever else people need. Sometimes things get hectic when the deliveries are late or a machine acts up. That’s just part of the job. We’ve lived in Madhya Pradesh all our lives, so we know how folks like their dairy products. We aren’t trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to get the milk out to whoever needs it in the city. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn to dusk. You might see our trucks moving in and out of 452009 throughout the day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It's a simple operation, really. Just cows, milk, and a lot of hard work every single day without fail.
