Determinus Hr Solutions

We are up on the third floor of Modi Mansion. It is right by Bombay Hostel Circle, so it is usually easy to tell people how to find us. The elevator works most of the time, but the stairs are there if you are in a rush. Determinus Hr Solutions has been in this office for a while now. It is a busy corner of the city. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking over resumes. The view from the third floor is not really anything special, just the street and the traffic down below. It gets pretty noisy around lunch when everyone is out on the street. Our desks are usually a bit crowded with notes and folders. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, which is a nice break. We talk to a lot of people who are looking for work and companies that need someone. It is a lot of paperwork and matching names to roles. Modi Mansion is an old building, but it works for us. We are not a huge team, just a few of us here every day. We try to stay on top of the work even when the emails pile up. It is practical work. We do not have big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just us working through the lists and keeping track of who is going where. It is what we do.
