Our office is located at No. 201 inside The Magnet Tower, which is right on Curewell Hospital Road. It’s a pretty modern building compared to some of the others in the area. We have a couple of rooms that stay busy throughout the day with people coming in and out. There is always the smell of paper and maybe a bit of something industrial lingering in the halls. We spend a lot of our time looking at charts and keeping track of orders. The building has a lot of other offices, so the lobby is usually full of people coming and going. Curewell Hospital Road is a busy stretch, and there’s always an ambulance siren or someone looking for a parking spot. We have a small pantry where we make tea several times a day. It’s a necessity when the workload gets heavy. The desks are simple wooden ones, and we have a few filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is expected or when there’s a lot of data to sort through. It’s just the way things are in the chemical trade. We don't have fancy art on the walls, just a few calendars and some maps. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. It’s a practical place for practical people who just want to do their jobs well without any extra fuss or ceremony.
