We are Castnx Private Limited. Our place is located at 67 Gram Khetakhedi. It's more of a rural setting than a city one, which we like because it’s a bit more peaceful out here. Being in a gram area means we know most of the people around us. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. It's just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most of our days are spent focusing on the technical side of things. We don't talk much about strategies or visions. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and we go about doing it. The roads out here to Khetakhedi can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but we don't really mind that much. We've been here for a while and the locals know where we are located. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any fancy marketing team here. It’s just us doing the actual work every day. We usually start early in the morning when it's still cool outside. By the time the afternoon sun hits, we're usually deep into whatever project we're handling. We don't really have a lot of visitors, but that's fine by us because it means we can stay focused. If someone needs something, they usually just call or come by the gate. It's a straightforward way of running a business. We like the way things are going so far in this location. It works for us.
