Silicon City in Rau is where we have our office. Beryl Agri Sciences is located at 193-G. It’s a busy part of Indore, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We focus on the science part of agriculture, which sounds a bit fancy, but mostly it's just a lot of testing and looking at data. We’ve got a small team here in Madhya Pradesh. Some of us have been in the agri-business for a long time, while others are just starting out. The office is usually filled with samples and notebooks. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Indore is a good place to be because everything is connected. We spend our days trying to figure out how to help plants grow better or how to stop pests from ruining a season. It’s practical science. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we head home early if the work is done. We don't make big promises. We just look at the facts and try to give honest advice. 193-G is our home base, and it suits us just fine. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and equipment, but it feels like a real workspace. We like the local vibe of Rau and plan to stay for a while. We aren't corporate.
