Apsara Fine Art Printers

Our shop is at number 89, right behind Kothari Market on M G Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shoppers and the bikes parked everywhere. Apsara Fine Art Printers has been tucked away in this spot for quite a while. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but inside we have everything set up for the printing work. We handle a lot of paper and ink every single day. There is always a pile of something waiting to be cut or folded on the big table in the center. I spend most of my time checking the colors or talking to the guys about the next job. M G Road is always noisy, but once you step inside, the sound of the printers sort of takes over. It is a steady rhythm that we don't even notice anymore. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how things go around here. I usually get my lunch from one of the stalls nearby. The air always smells a bit like fresh ink and recycled paper. It’s a plain place, but it works for us. We keep the doors open when it's not too dusty outside. Just a bunch of people working with their hands.
