It is not a very complicated operation we have going here. Mostly, we are just concerned with the plants and how the weather is behaving. Some days are better than others, especially when the wind blows through and cools things down. We do not have any big signs or bright lights to show people where we are. It is just a practical space for practical work. The neighbors know us, and we know them. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the soil or why certain things aren't growing as fast as we thought they would. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. This is just a note to say we are here in the Salotagi area doing our thing. It gets dusty, and sometimes the equipment breaks, but that is part of the life. We do not try to act like we are bigger than we are. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living off the land and keeping the horticulture work going as best as we can manage with what we have. There is nothing more to it than that really. We just keep our heads down and work without any fuss.
