We've been operating out of Thangmeiband yumnam leikai for a bit now. It's just a small setup here at Sushil Singh's place. Making food and drinks is what we do. We mostly just focus on getting things done day to day without making too much noise about it. People around here know where to find us if they need something. It’s a local operation, nothing fancy or big. We spend most of our time just working on the products and making sure everything is handled right. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it’s quiet. That's just how it goes with a small business like ours. We don't have a big office or anything, just this spot in the neighborhood. It works for us. We try to keep things simple. If you're walking through the leikai, you might see us around. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what we can from our corner. It’s practical work. We deal with beverages and some food items. It keeps us occupied. There’s always something to clean or a batch to check on. That's the reality of it. No big speeches here. Just a local spot doing its thing. We've got our routine down. It’s not always perfect, but we show up and do the job. That’s about all there is to say about Shingel Foods really.
