We operate out of Caona Bazar on Masjid Road in Imphal. Our office is right near the Jani Masjid, so it’s pretty easy for anyone in the market to find us. We’ve been doing this for a while, helping people get where they need to go, whether it’s just across the state or a long trip further out. Imphal is a lively place, and the market area is always humming with activity. We handle things like bus bookings and car rentals for people who don’t want to deal with the hassle themselves. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a desk, some chairs, and a phone that rings more than it should. We aren't a big travel chain. It’s just a local business run by people who live right here in the city. We know the roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, so we try to give honest advice about travel times. If a road is closed or a bridge is down, we usually hear about it first. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People come to us because they know us or they’ve seen our sign while heading to the mosque. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure everyone gets their tickets on time. It’s simple work, but it’s what we know. We are usually here from the morning until the market starts to quiet down.
