Tata Global Beverages Ltd is located out at Pallivasal Estate. It’s a bit different from working in a city because we are surrounded by hills and a lot of open space. The estate is a large area, and our work takes us all over the place. We don't spend all day sitting behind a desk in a climate-controlled room. Most of our time is spent in simple buildings or out on the grounds themselves. The weather plays a big part in our daily lives. If it’s raining, we just put on our gear and keep going. If it’s sunny, we deal with the heat. It’s a very grounded way of working. The buildings we use are old and have a lot of history to them. They aren't fancy, but they are strong and they serve their purpose. We have a routine that has been around for a long time, and we mostly just stick to it. There is a lot of physical work involved, and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of meetings and presentations. We are more about the practical side of things. The estate has its own quiet atmosphere, far away from the noise of the big towns. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to look after the land and the buildings we are responsible for. It’s a steady, predictable life, and there is a lot of satisfaction in seeing the results of a hard day’s work.
