Prime Computers

Prime Computers is located in the Pallasseri Building on Library Road in Idukki. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit hectic around here with all the people moving about. We spend most of our time staring at screens or taking apart laptops that have seen better days. The shop is usually full of cables, spare parts, and half-finished repairs waiting for a piece to arrive. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. People come in with all sorts of problems, from coffee spills to computers that just won't turn on for no reason at all. We do our best to figure it out and get them back to work. Library Road is a good spot for us because people are always passing by on their way to do other errands in Idukki. The light in the shop isn't great, but it works for what we do. Dealing with technology all day can be a bit frustrating when things don't go right, but it's what we know. We aren't a big chain store with uniforms and scripts. We just talk to you like a normal person and tell you if your machine is worth fixing or if it's time to let it go. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job because we know someone needs their computer for work the next morning. It’s just us here, trying to keep things running.
