Patidar Granite

We’ve been here at Apollo Circle for a while now, right near the Rajshree Studio on Station Road. It's a busy spot with cars and rickshaws always buzzing by. Most days we are just moving slabs around or talking to people who walk in looking for something for their floors or kitchens. The yard gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up from the road and blows through the gates. We have a lot of different granite pieces sitting out. Some are dark and solid, while others have more patterns and veins running through them. It’s hard work lifting these things, but we have a small crew that knows how to handle the heavy stuff without breaking anything. People usually find us because they know the studio nearby, it's a good landmark. We don't do much fancy talking or sales pitches. You just come in, look at what’s in the stacks, and see if it fits what you need for your house. Sometimes the stock changes fast depending on what the trucks bring in from the quarries. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a stone yard, so it’s never going to be perfectly clean. We deal with the local builders and also just regular folks trying to fix up their homes. It’s a straightforward business. We show you the stone, tell you the size, and that’s about it. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but the station road is always crowded.
