A. R. Life Sciences is situated in Madhuranagar, right behind the Allahabad Bank on Yousufguda Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Finding House No. 8 - 3 - 222/1/5 can be a bit tricky the first time because of how the lanes are tucked away, but once you find the bank, you’re basically there. We’ve got a small team here. Our office is a mix of old files, some computers that hum a bit too loudly, and a lot of notebooks. Since we are on Yousufguda Road, there is always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week. We usually start our day around nine, grab some coffee from the place around the corner, and then get into the science side of things. It’s a lot of checking data and making sure the lab reports are handled right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just us in a regular building doing our jobs. During lunch, we often sit around the big table and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. It feels more like a small family business than a big private limited company, even if that’s what the sign says. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished and making sure the paperwork is tidy for the next day.
