Over at Plot No 9 in the S V Co Op Industrial Estate, you'll find us at Virchow Drugs Ltd. This part of Ida Jeedimetla is always humming with activity. We’ve been based in this industrial estate for quite some time. Working with drugs and pharmaceutical materials means things have to be kept a certain way, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance and making sure the floor is clean. It’s a bit more structured than some other businesses, but it’s still a local operation at heart. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. There is a lot of coming and going with deliveries, and the narrow roads in the estate can be a bit of a headache during the rainy season. We have our routine down pretty solid. Morning shift comes in, checks the equipment, and starts the day's run. It’s a lot of watching gauges and filling out logs. We don't have a big marketing department or anything flashy. If you come by, you’ll see people in lab coats or work gear just trying to stay on schedule. The building itself is plain, just like the others around it. We focus on getting the batches right and making sure the boxes are stacked properly for the trucks. It isn't a fast-paced life, but it is steady. We’ve seen the estate grow over the years, and we’re just one of the many plots doing our part every day.
