This location near the Malakpet main road stays pretty busy because of all the traffic passing by. Being near the main road means we see all sorts of people coming in at all hours. We’ve been part of the Malakpet scene for a while. The building isn't brand new, but we keep it functional and ready for whatever comes through the door. It gets noisy outside with the buses and cars, but inside we try to keep things a bit more orderly. Managing a hospital in such a central spot has its challenges. You have to be ready for emergencies and routine checkups alike. Our team stays on their toes. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate speeches. We just handle the patients, talk to the families, and make sure the medicine is stocked. Sometimes there’s a wait, that's just how it goes when a lot of people need help at once. We try to be honest about the timing. The staff knows the regulars by name now. It feels like a community hub in some ways, even if it’s a place people would rather not have to visit. We just keep the lights on and the doors open. If you’re coming from the main road, you can’t really miss us. We’re just here doing what needs to be done for the people in this part of town. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We even have a little bench outside for people waiting for their rides home because the traffic can be a lot.
