Front Office Manager,Mamatha Hospital ,Hyderabad

I work at the front desk here at Mamatha Hospital in Kapra. My office is located at H No 1-50-26/1 in Parimalanager, right in the ECIL area of Hyderabad. It gets very busy here in the mornings when patients start coming in for their appointments. My job is basically making sure everyone knows where to go and that the paperwork gets handled correctly. We see a lot of people from around the neighborhood who need help with their health. The hospital has been a part of this community for some time now. It isn't always easy because people are often stressed when they arrive, but we try to talk to them normally and get them sorted out. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the computers. It's just a regular job at a local hospital where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and it can be a bit loud, but that is just how it is in a big city like Hyderabad. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff that gets the day done. My colleagues and I have been working together for a few years now so we know the routine. It's a practical place for people who live in the ECIL area and need a hand.
