Y S Motor Driving School is over on Alwal Road, specifically at 5-497/1 in the Jonna Banda area. We are quite close to the Ambedkar Nagar Bus Stop, so there is always a lot of movement around our place. This is the Old Alwal side of Hyderabad, and it has a very specific feel to it. Our days are filled with the sound of engines and people trying to figure out how to use the clutch. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is a small place where we keep the logs and the student records. We don't spend much time inside anyway, since most of the work happens out on the road. We have a few cars that we use for the lessons, and they’ve seen a lot of miles over the years. We know the potholes and the tricky turns in this neighborhood like the back of our hands. Sometimes the traffic near the bus stop makes the lessons a bit challenging for beginners, but it’s good practice for them to learn in real situations. We don't use any big marketing tricks to get people here. Most of our students come because they saw our cars driving around the neighborhood or they live nearby. We just keep things moving, one gear at a time, and make sure we’re ready for the next person who wants to learn. It’s a straightforward life, and we’re happy to be doing it.
