Abinandan Motor Driving School

The school is located at Door No. 2-3-419, which is quite close to the Uppal Masjid here in Hyderabad. If you know the Uppal area, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s actually where people learn the most. We have a small office where we handle the forms and the licenses. It’s mostly just a desk and some old chairs for when folks are waiting their turn to get behind the wheel. The cars are parked nearby, and they’ve seen a lot of use over the months. Learning to drive is one of those things that takes patience, and we see all kinds of people coming through. Some are nervous and others think they know it all already. We spend our days mostly on the roads around Uppal and sometimes further out into Andhra Pradesh if the lesson requires more open space. The masjid is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It gets pretty dusty out there on the main road, so the cars never stay clean for long. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routes and the rules. It’s practical work. We teach people how to use the clutch without stalling and how to park without hitting the curb. It’s a busy life, always watching the mirrors and the road ahead.
