Y S Harsha Sai Motor Driving School is located in Rameshwar Nagar, right in the Old Alwal area of Hyderabad. Our spot is at 1-5-431/1/1/3, which is right opposite St Micheals School. You can imagine how busy it gets around here when the school bell rings and all the kids are heading home. We spend our days teaching people how to handle a car without getting too nervous about the traffic. It’s a lot of sitting in the passenger seat and keeping a foot near the extra brake we have installed. The roads around Alwal are okay for practice, but it takes a lot of patience. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just a desk where we handle the forms and the schedules for the lessons. We see all kinds of people, from teenagers who are excited to drive to older folks who finally decided they need to learn. Every day is different because everyone learns at their own pace. Sometimes the cars need a bit of work because they get a lot of use, so we spend some time at the mechanic too. We just focus on the basic stuff, like how to park properly and how to use the mirrors. It’s a local business and we’ve been part of this community for quite some time now. We just try to be helpful and keep the cars running so the next student can start.
